The SVN | Second Story team ranked 22nd nationally this year out of more than 200 offices across mid and major markets in the U.S., celebrated together in Palm Springs at the SVN International Conference. Baker Townsend and Kelly Fitzgerald both reached Achiever Status, while Hunter Myers earned President's Circle recognition and was named SVN Retail Advisor of the Year after completing more retail deals than any advisor company-wide.
2025 Brokerage Production Award Winners
Highest Producer of the Year (Atlanta): Hunter Myers, who led the Atlanta team in production with an emphasis on retail, closing several multi-million-dollar projects in 2025.
Highest Producer of the Year (Chattanooga): Baker Townsend, who led the Chattanooga office in production with consistent deal execution and client service excellence.
Comeback Advisor of the Year: Chandler Hale, recognized for resilience, renewed momentum, and strong production performance in 2025.
Breakout Advisor of the Year: Bianca Pichardo, recognized for exceptional growth, market presence, and measurable production gains after only a year of real estate experience.
