Director Of Multifamily Property Management

Beverly Abbott brings over 35 years of experience in multifamily property management to her role as Director of Multifamily Property Management with SVN | Second Story Real Estate. Most recently, she served as a Regional Manager for five years, overseeing multiple communities and helping teams achieve strong operational and occupancy performance. Earlier in her career, Beverly earned her Tennessee real estate license and worked in on-site sales at three Chattanooga communities during a brief transition from property management. Her deep industry knowledge, combined with her ability to build lasting relationships, makes her a trusted leader and resource for both clients and colleagues. A native of Chattanooga, Beverly enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends, and dog outside of work. She is proud to be a mother to two daughters, a bonus son, and a grandmother to her beloved granddaughter.
