SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management, a full-service commercial brokerage and property management group, expands with four new hires this summer.
"Our company is growing at a fast pace," said Tiffanie Robinson, CEO of SVN | Second Story. "Last year we nearly doubled the square footage we manage, and in 2024, our brokerage team is outpacing last year's sales and leases."
The new team members include Hayden Williams as accounting manager, Nate Davis as director of maintenance, Sandy Bradley as director of property management and Meredith Rivers as brokerage operations manager.
Rivers brings operations experience from eleven years at the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, most recently as senior director of member services. Williams, a licensed CPA, holds a double major from Carson-Newman University and an MBA, and previously served as Senior Auditor at LBMC. Davis brings supervisory and project coordination experience from Texas, South Carolina, and North Carolina, most recently at Mission Rock Residential. Bradley brings 29 years of property management experience, previously serving as director of operations and innovation at Quinn Residences, and holds real estate licenses in Georgia and Florida.
