SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management, a full-service commercial brokerage and property management group, is expanding with three new advisors to meet growing demand across the Southeast.

The company does business in seven states. Sam Vaden, with more than a decade of experience across Florida, California, and Tennessee, will lead the office team with a focus on investment sales. Nick Petras joins as leasing specialist after being the top leasing agent at his previous company for more than two years. Jack Kelly will focus on medical office space sales and leasing, bringing a finance background to strategic real estate decisions. Current advisor Zac Adams, who joined 18 months ago, rounds out the office team.
