SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management, a full-service commercial brokerage and property management group, expands with four new hires in February.
"We are intentionally expanding our team to meet the high demand we are experiencing across every sector of business," says Tiffanie Robinson, CEO of SVN | Second Story. With more than 40 employees locally, the team also expanded its office space this month, relocating to a larger suite within the Loveman's Building at 800 Market Street, Suite 207.
The new team members include Jeff Gary and Bianca Pichardo as brokerage team advisors, and Therese Miner as property manager. Gary previously worked as a commercial real estate broker at SVN Creviston Realty, Inc. and spent six years at Elliott Mill Investments, LLC. Pichardo, a University of the South graduate, brings commercial real estate and sales experience using tools like Salesforce and CoStar. Miner brings over 12 years of property management experience, most recently as senior property manager at Friedlam Partners managing a 384-unit Class B Value Add property.
